Introduction
Elite Analytica, a forward-thinking consultancy firm headquartered in Mogadishu, Somalia, is delighted to announce the launch of its Elite Internship Program 2025 – Elite Champions. Since its founding in 2019, Elite Analytica has been at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making, empowering organizations, and delivering impactful solutions across various sectors.
This internship is a golden opportunity for final-year undergraduate students to gain invaluable practical experience in research, data analysis, and consultancy—areas critical for shaping successful careers in the modern professional landscape.
The program will run for one year, providing selected candidates the chance to immerse themselves in the dynamic and innovative environment of Elite Analytica. Applications are invited from five outstanding students specializing in:
- Economics and Statistics: 3 positions
- Computing and Multimedia Graphics: 1 position
- Accounting: 1 position
Interns will actively contribute to Elite Analytica’s events and initiatives, working closely with Elite administration to address real challenges in public and private sectors and deliver solutions aligned with the company’s mission of enabling informed decision-making.
Program Objectives
The Elite Internship Program is designed to achieve the following goals:
- Develop Personal and Professional Growth: Interns will gain hands-on experience by working on live projects and assignments, providing exposure to tools, techniques, and strategies essential for professional consultancy. Additionally, structured capacity-building sessions will help interns develop vital soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving, equipping them for successful careers.
- Contribute to Organizational Excellence: Interns will be given meaningful responsibilities that directly impact Elite Analytica’s objectives. Their work will contribute to the company’s broader vision of empowering organizations through actionable insights and sustainable growth strategies.
Key Activities
Participants will engage in a variety of activities, including:
- Conducting data collection on topics such as market trend analysis, consumer behavior, and public policy.
- Assisting in data analysis, research scripts, and feasibility studies to support decision-making for clients.
- Participating in Elite events and activities, contributing to their successful planning and execution.
- Organizing workshops and capacity-building training sessions, supporting logistics, content creation, and facilitation.
- Managing social media posts, engaging with followers, and implementing growth strategies.
- Developing media content, including infographics, videos, and written materials, to support Elite’s branding and communication efforts.
- Delivering customized training programs to enhance participants’ skills in data analytics, leadership, and consultancy techniques.
Selection Criteria
To ensure a productive and rewarding experience, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Academic Excellence
Candidates must be in the final year of their undergraduate studies in economics, computing, political science, or accounting.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in data analytics, with knowledge of tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Stata, Kono Toolbox, or Python.
- Graphic design skills for computing students, with experience in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Photoshop.
